Soffit and Fascia

Soffit and fascia work with eavestroughs to protect your home by reducing the impact of sunlight, wind and rain. Soffit and fascia can also transform the look of your home by adding colour and forming a base. The roof and gutters can then provide a clean finish.

Soffit is located under the overhang of the roof deck and acts as an air intake for the attic. A vented soffit plays a major role in preventing ice damming, in providing temperature control in your living space and in preventing moisture damage in your attic.

Fascia is the horizontal wood structure that covers the space between the roof and soffits. It is also where the eavestrough is attached. Fascia prevents water from getting into the roof, which prevents rotting from water exposure.

"This was the first time I had a renovation project done for my house and Parm and Sunny both made the process very easy for me. Great work and great experience overall!"
